A Union Club ballroom full of guests enjoyed great display of fine fashions Sunday, April 23, at an event that raised money for Wear2Start.

From left, Wear2Start Society president Heidi Hartman and volunteers Angela Mangiacasale, Jeanette Kelly and Shirley Kitchener staffed a table at the fashion show to spread the word about Wear2Start. Other volunteers, including Andrea Camerson, Diane Carpenter and Kaylee Apostoliuk helped out with the fashions in the dressing room.

Couples who are members of the Union Club modelled fashions from Bernstein & Gold, d.g. bremner, Hughes Clothing and Outlooks For Men at the event organized by Georgina De Carlo of We Nailed It!

Many members of the audience also brought along personal care items to contribute to Wear2Start’s Beyond on the Start blue bag fundraiser. W2S, which provides a work wardrobe to women in need, also gives each client a small gift bag of these items, including soap, shampoo and toothpaste.
Thanks to all who made the event a great success!
(Special thanks to Shania Lynn Photography for the great photos!)
