Wear2Start Winter Market | Celebrating 25 Years of Confidence
Wear2Start is excited to announce the Wear2Start Winter Market, taking place November 14 & 15, 2026 at the
James Bay Community School Centre.
This special two-day indoor winter market is part of our 25 Years of Confidence celebration.
The event will bring together local makers, community members, and supporters in a welcoming space that reflects the values at the heart of Wear2Start:
dignity, confidence, community, and empowerment.
The market is intentionally designed to prioritize and support
self-identified women and gender-diverse individuals in our community.
Proceeds from the event will directly support Wear2Start’s programs, which help individuals move toward
employment, stability, and wellbeing.

Vendor applications are now open. We warmly encourage applications from women-led and gender-diverse-led businesses,
as well as vendors whose work contributes to welcoming and inclusive community spaces.
This event will also offer many opportunities for volunteers to be involved, and we look forward to sharing more details as planning continues.
